Taken at the Marjorie McNeely Conservatory in Como Park – St. Paul, MN. This beautiful water lily was located in the Sunken Garden area of the Conservatory and was part of the summer flower show.
Many of the flowers had started to fade, as fall was quickly approaching, but this one was still just gorgeous and I had to capture its beauty before it too was gone and the fall flower show took its place.
I loved the way the late afternoon light shone through the petals and the lovely reflection it created on the pond. I hope you like it too!
I am finally getting back to photography after a long and very busy summer. I hope to have more time to play here again!
Have a wonderful day and thanks for looking! – Dina 🙂
